I just downloaded and try to use Waze after Google Maps since it can check whether have AES or Traffic Camera. But I felt that Waze consume much more data eh? Or just I think too much?
Yes. Waze consume much more data. To prevent that all you need to do is download a offline map in your GMaps, to help reducing data.

sometimes it does, normally waze will download the new voice and maps update, so will consume much data also
I guess once you want to download waze it would be better to have wifi. and also while downloading the voice and maps update. After than that i guess it is just minor update. Xpax is under celcom should be fine i guess with the coverage. If you are a heavy user of waze.

i subscribed burung hantu too. but it's very slow like turtle during i download movie. i assume all Xpax users are using it during that period.
yalah , and its only 333mb/midnight ... download litle bit video then finish... thats why it will slow down
